As a society, we tend to look down on traits associated with femininity, such as fragility and gentleness. It is shameful to let it show when you're struggling, and success is measured in power rather than peace. I wanted to explore the idea of that vulnerable side existing in all of us, regardless of gender or sex. Though many chase ambition and idolize a tough exterior, we are the closest to our humanity when we cry, when we care for one another, and when we fall and get back up again. Why do we hide from the traits typically seen as "weak" when they are what make us human, and therefore beautiful?
